What we can offer you...

We can design both conventional and alternative A.O.S.E. certified septic systems, perform feasibility studies for individual lots and large parcels of land for a single septic system or multiple systems for a subdivision, and perform more focused soil studies to get multiple lot subdivision approvals.

If We Can Design it, We Can Install it.

Our certifications include Puraflo, Advantex, Ecoflo, and many other alternative systems, as well as systems designed by other A.O.S.E.s or Health Department Officials, and we offer contract service to provide all required yearly maintenance.

Single lot feasibility

Commonly referred to as “perking the land”. A soil study is performed to determine if an onsite septic system can in fact be used on your property, and if this is possible we will further determine whether your needs require a conventional or an alternative septic system.

Multiple Lot Feasibility

If you have a large parcel of land you wish to divide into multiple lots, we can perform an extensive soil study to help determine the optimal configuration of property lines.

Subdivision

We can perform soil studies for subdividing an entire neighborhood development or for a single lot division. After performing the necessary field work, our staff provides you with the necessary paperwork to obtain a subdivision. In many cases, however, a surveyor or engineer must also be hired to provide the necessary survey work.

Construction Permit Proposal

Our certified Authorized Onsite Soil Evaluators (A.O.S.E.s) can design both conventional and alternative septic systems. After performing the site visit and conducting a soil study and field design, our A.O.S.E.s provide you with the necessary paperwork for obtaining an Onsite Septic System Construction Permit.

System Installation

We install everything from basic gravity fed drainfields and pump systems to advanced pretreatment alternatives. When you get a septic system construction permit proposal from us you also get an estimate for installation, giving you a better idea how to budget for the construction of your new home right from the start. When we design and install a system, our A.O.S.E.s are thoroughly involved with your project all the way from the initial soil study to the completely tested and confirmed operation. Even if you already have a permit designed by your local health department or by another company, we can install your septic system. We are certified installers of Ecoflo, Puraflo, Advantex, and many others, and offer multiple dispersal methods including gravel, chamber systems, and advanced drip systems or mounds.

Conventional or Alternative Septic Systems

Whether your system is a simple gravity fed drainfield, pump system, or an advanced pretreatment alternative system, we can install your system. We are certified installers of alternative systems such as Ecoflo, Puraflo, Advantex, and many others. We can also install different dispersal methods such as gravel, chamber systems, or even advanced drip systems or mounds.

Maintenance and Pumping

Regular septic tank pump-outs are vital to maintaining the proper function and longevity of your onsite septic system. Many localities have rules and ordinances requiring regular evacuation of septic systems. Some alternative septic systems require additional maintenance to insure reliable operation, and beginning in July of 2009 all alternative septic systems will require a maintenance contract a service provider.

System Repair

A failing septic system is no laughing matter. Once a problem becomes apparent it is critical to find a solution as quickly as possible. We can assess the problem, consult with the local health department, design a repair permit proposal, and perform the repair.

Common signs that your septic system is not working correctly, include:

1. - Plumbing Issues
Slow drains and toilets

2. - Obvious Damage
Wet and/or odorous spots in yard especially in areas of drain field or near septic tank.

3. - Hidden Damage
Broken or decaying underground components (Ex. Septic Tank, Distribution or “D” box, Sewer and Conveyance Lines, Drain field Trenches, or Alternative Treatment System)

4. - Alarms
Control panel sirens or lights activated for pump or alternative treatment system. .
